You’ll empower individuals living with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives in the community, provide practical support with finances, housing, and social activities, and work within the Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service to enable their independence.

Responsibilities

• Actively support individuals in making their own choices and setting personal goals, including daily decisions like what to wear, eat, or do.
• Empower people to follow through on these choices and take part in structured activities that build confidence and new skills.
• Provide practical support to help manage responsibilities such as paying bills, maintaining homes, staying connected with friends and family.
