The Forward Trust is seeking an Employment Advisor in Margate to coach learners and job seekers toward sustainable employment and apprenticeships. You will provide information, advice and guidance, assess needs, and support progression using digital tools while safeguarding and meeting contractual requirements.

You will work with employers and partners to place candidates, manage caseloads, and maintain records. Strong communication and a can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality employability support.
• CV writing, job search and interview preparation for diverse learners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Coach individuals one-to-one and in group settings to build confidence and skills.
• Support learners with CV writing, job applications and interview preparation.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet performance targets and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and external partners to create opportunities.
