Job summary

Bright Horizons Little DISCoveries Day Nursery & Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner in Cambridge to plan and deliver engaging activities for children on a vibrant Biomedical Campus. You will support development, ensure a safe environment, and foster a love of learning with EYFS-aligned practice.

The role requires a Full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification, safeguarding knowledge, and ability to partner with parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
