Bright Horizons Little DISCoveries Day Nursery & Preschool in Cambridge is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, create and reflect on engaging activities for key children, promoting development in line with the EYFS framework within a modern setting.

The role requires a full Level 2 Early Years qualification, passion for inclusive learning, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to build strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Early Years qualification is required.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding is essential.
• Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development toward EYFS milestones.
