Priority Childcare in Gowerton is hiring a Support Worker to help adults with trauma, mental health challenges, or learning disabilities live independently. Roles include assisting with daily living, promoting independence, and recording progress in a compassionate, team-based setting.

The role requires flexibility for shifts including sleep-ins; a full UK driving licence is essential. Right to work in the UK is required; DBS checks apply.

Formación

• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support adults with physical, emotional, and social needs in a nurturing environment.
• Be a positive role model and promote confidence, wellbeing and independence.
• Encourage independent living skills through activities and community access.
• Work with a team to deliver person-centred care and support.
• Keep accurate records of progress, support provided, behaviours and incidents.
• Assist with daily living tasks including cooking and light household duties.
