Qualifications

• Experience working with Early Years, Nursery or Primary School aged children.
• Ability to support learning and development in EYFS settings.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils within an Early Years / Foundation Phase classroom
• Encourage learning through play-based activities
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Support children's communication, social skills and independence
• Assist pupils with a range of learning abilities and additional needs
• Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive classroom environment
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team
• Support with classroom activities, resources and daily routines
