Job summary

Elcons Employment Law Consultants Limited is seeking an experienced Employment Tribunal Advocate to join our team in Ripponden, Halifax. You will manage Employment Tribunal cases from initial instruction through to conclusion and represent clients at hearings.

This full-time, office-based role requires a proven track record in tribunal advocacy, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience representing clients at Employment Tribunals.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and tribunal procedures.
• Ability to manage tribunal cases independently from preparation through to conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing Employment Tribunal cases from start to finish.
• Representing clients at hearings (preliminary, case management and final).
• Preparing tribunal documentation, witness statements, evidence and hearing bundles.
• Advising clients on case merits, risks and settlement options.
• Negotiating and concluding settlements where appropriate.
• Liaising with tribunals, solicitors and other parties.
• Managing deadlines and keeping accurate records in the case system.
• Support colleagues within the legal services team as needed.
