Job summary

Georgiana Head Recruitment Limited is assisting a large accountancy firm in Leeds to recruit a qualified tax professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent) to join the employer solutions team.

You will lead client relationships, analyse business priorities, advise owner-managers on key matters, oversee engagements and standards, and contribute to consultancy and business development, with Employment Taxes experience at Manager level. Hybrid and flexible working available.

Qualifications

Our client is a large accountancy firm seeking a qualified tax professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent) to join their employer solutions team to lead and manage client relationships, analyse client business priorities and advise owner-managers on key matters. In addition you will be responsible for overseeing engagements and standards, assisting with consultancy and business development and managing salary exchange, IR35, benefits, CIS, and remuneration.
The ideal candidate with have Employment Taxes experience at Manager level, strong business development skills and the ability to manage complex engagements.
