Job summary

Georgiana Head Recruitment Limited is assisting a large accountancy firm in Leeds to recruit a qualified tax professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent) to join the employer solutions team.

You will lead client relationships, analyse business priorities, advise owner-managers on key matters, oversee engagements and standards, and contribute to consultancy and business development, with Employment Taxes experience at Manager level. Hybrid and flexible working available.

Qualifications

• Qualified tax professional with ACA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent.
• Employment Taxes experience at Manager level.
• Strong business development and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client relationships in employer solutions.
• Analyse client business priorities and advise owner-managers on key matters.
• Oversee engagements and standards; assist with consultancy and business development.
• Manage salary exchange, IR35, benefits, CIS and remuneration.
