Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UK employment tax, either in practice or in-house.
• Strong understanding of IR35, worker status, and HMRC processes.
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver advisory projects on PAYE/NIC and employee benefits.
• Prepare and review advisory notes and technical reports.
• Join client meetings and contribute to discussions.
