Employment Support Officer (Homelessness Prevention)

Part-time - 16 hours per week | Grade C Lower | FTC until March 2026 | Based in Dudley Borough

Black Country Housing Group is seeking a compassionate and proactive Employment Support Officer to support individuals at risk of homelessness across the Dudley Borough. Funded through the West Midlands Combined Authority, this role focuses on helping people into employment as a key step in securing or retaining housing. Working closely with local services including the Dudley Hub and Refugee and Migrant Centre, you'll provide tailored 1-1 support, from employability advice to wellbeing and tenancy guidance.

We’re looking for someone with experience in IAG, strong knowledge of the challenges vulnerable people face, and the ability to build trust and inspire progress.
