The Forward Trust in Thanet is seeking an Employment Specialist to help people facing barriers to employment build confidence and secure meaningful work. This full-time role (35 hours) offers training and ongoing support with travel between local sites and community partners.
You’ll support individuals facing mental health challenges, disabilities or other barriers, delivering tailored coaching, job search assistance and in-work support to help them progress toward greater independence.

This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, although part-time or reduced hours will also be considered depending on business needs and service requirements.

Full IPS / Connect to Work training will be provided, along with ongoing development and support.
