The Forward Trust in Thanet is seeking Employment Specialists to join the Connect to Work team. This full-time role (35 hours per week, with part-time or reduced hours considered) focuses on helping people with barriers to employment gain confidence, overcome challenges and move towards a better future.

Full IPS / Connect to Work training will be provided, along with ongoing development and support.
Experience in the areas listed below is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
