Job summary

The Better Health Generation is a community-focused health services group based near Maidenhead, expanding its employability and skills outreach across Lancashire. We seek an Employment Specialist to help individuals overcome barriers and sustain meaningful employment, with responsibilities spanning planning, progress monitoring and signposting.

Flexible to occasional evenings/weekends and travel across Fylde, Lancaster, Morcombe, Wyre.

An enthusiastic Employment specialist with a passion for helping others overcome challenges and barriers, who is experienced in delivering empathetic and practical support, to build resilience, and a solution-focused mindset, helping individuals stay in meaningful employment.

Duties Will Include:

Location

The role will be based in Lancashire with travel expected across the area (Fylde, Lancaster, Morcombe, Wyre) throughout the week - please note this is a community-based project.

You'll be an excellent communicator, approachable, and empathetic - while staying highly organised, performance-driven, and determined to make a real, positive impact in people’s lives.
