Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employment law matters via telephone, email, and in person.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients at tribunals and related hearings.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on developments.
