The role emphasizes autonomy within a modern, flexible working framework. Candidates should have 4+ years PQE in employment law, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and a track record in generating work through contacts and BD.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work via existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow own client following.

Responsibilities

• Act as Employment solicitor with Partner responsibilities and participate in BD.
• Manage client relationships and fee arrangements with autonomy.
