Kingsley Wood, a forward-thinking legal consultancy in the United Kingdom, is seeking an employment solicitor to join as a Partner. You will have full control over your client relationships, fee arrangements, and the opportunity to shape your own practice within a supportive platform.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, motivated to grow own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.
• Candidates with existing client following are particularly attractive.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Partner in employment law with business development involvement.
• Maintain and develop client relationships and fee arrangements.
• Contribute to building a scalable client following within the platform.
