You will drive business development, manage complex employment matters for a growing client base, and operate with autonomy over relationships, fees, and strategy within a flexible consultant-partner framework.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Responsibilities
