Job title: Employment Solicitor
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £40k-£50k – depending on experience
PQE Level: NQ-2
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

This opportunity offers an ambitious and driven NQ the chance to work alongside highly experienced senior lawyers within a supportive, close-knit team on the South Coast.

You’ll advise a varied client base on contentious and non-contentious matters, from SMEs to large organisations, delivering practical HR advice, managing day-to-day queries, supporting tribunal cases, and drafting and reviewing key documentation. The role also includes advising individuals on employment disputes, while working alongside partners recognised for handling complex matters with a tailored, commercial approach.
