Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Employment Solicitor (5 to 8 years PQE) to join our award-winning Employment team.

You will be based in the Worcester office, enjoying a flexible/hybrid working arrangement, and will handle a broad spectrum of employment cases for both employers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on employment issues, handle TUPE, redundancy, and transfer matters.
  • Negotiate and draft settlement agreements and employment contracts.
  • Advise on workplace disputes, breaches of confidentiality, and restrictive covenants.
  • Draft legal documents, perform research, and support case preparation.
  • Engage in negotiations and collaborate with colleagues to meet client goals.
  • Contribute to business development and firm growth.
  • Mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years PQE in Employment Law.
  • Experience with employment tribunal claims and complex cases.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to business development.
