A leading, Legal 500 firm with a modern, forward-thinking culture is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Employment team, based in Sevenoaks. The Role:

You’ll handle a varied caseload of high-quality employment work, primarily focused on respondent matters for the firm’s commercial client base. Matters include:

  • Unfair and wrongful dismissal
  • Redundancy and restructuring
  • Corporate support and TUPE
  • Discrimination, bullying and harassment
  • Restrictive covenants and contractual disputes
  • General advisory and day-to-day HR/employment issues

While immigration experience would be advantageous, it’s not essential.

About You:
  • 4+ years PQE with solid experience in Employment Law (ideally gained in private practice)
  • Strong respondent experience with commercial clients
