EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR – 12 MONTH FTC, 6 + PQE, Circa £70, 000- £80,000 per annum, LONDON. A Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Locum to cover a 12-month maternity leave, starting in May. Job ref: 9054

PQE REQUIRED: 6 + PQE

LOCATION: London

The appointed candidate will primarily focus on non-contentious respondent work, representing employers in a wide range of employment law matters. While the role is mainly advisory, it also includes a small portion of claimant and contentious work.

  1. You will handle a caseload of respondent employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and redundancy.
  2. Applications are open to qualified Solicitors with 6 + years PQE in employment law and demonstrated expertise in handling respondent work.
  3. The ideal locum will be available starting in May for approximately 12 months to provide maternity leave coverage.
  4. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
