Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a good academic record (degree or equivalent).
• Solid experience in general employment matters, including collective and individual redundancy, unfair dismissal and all aspects of discrimination.
• Ability to manage a high caseload to tight deadlines.
• Expert drafting and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling volume litigation, mainly unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
• Working collaboratively within the team, with a degree of independence.
• Supporting junior team members and demonstrating best practice.

Employment Lawyer | Remote | Permanent | Full or Part Time

Due to expansion and growth, a law firm is building a new, dedicated team of employment specialists to manage volume employment tribunal litigation for a small group of key clients. They're looking for a motivated and experienced employment lawyer to join them.

This is a chance to step outside the traditional private practice model. You'll work as a true extension of the clients' in-house legal teams while staying connected to the firm's wider UK Employment team and its training.
