Are you an Employment Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) looking to develop your career with a well-established and supportive firm in Norfolk?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and growing team, working on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employers and individuals.

You'll enjoy varied, high-quality work and the chance to build strong client relationships while receiving ongoing support and development from experienced lawyers.

The Role:

• Advise on a mix of respondent and claimant matters
• Handle employment tribunal claims, contracts, policies, redundancies, and TUPE
• Support business clients with day-to-day HR/employment law advice
• Get involved in marketing and networking initiatives

About You:

• NQ–5 years' PQE in employment law (open to candidates qualifying this year with solid employment seat)
• Strong drafting and advisory skills
• Confident, approachable, and commercially aware
• Keen to develop long-term client relationships and grow within the team
