Our Legal 500 client is now looking for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join their nationally recognised Employment team known for providing strategic and commercial advice to a wide range of employers, from SMEs to FTSE-listed companies, across various sectors.
We are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Employment Solicitor to join our growing team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with NQ-2 years PQE to take the next step in their career. You will work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Advising on day-to-day HR issues, disciplinary and grievance matters
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Redundancies and restructuring
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Drafting employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
- TUPE transfers and business reorganisations
- You will work directly with senior partners and have the opportunity to develop your own client relationships and profile within the market.
About You:
- A qualified solicitor in England and Wales at NQ-2 years PQE in employment law
- Commercially astute with strong technical and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Proactive, with a commitment to client service and professional development
- Experience in business development or an appetite to get involved in client-facing activity will be viewed favourably.
