Lunaria Partners | Responsible Business is seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate for a fully remote or hybrid role. The position involves advising global businesses on employment matters within a market-leading practice and collaborating on large international projects.

You will handle HR advisory, global project work, and transactional support across sectors, with opportunities to contribute to business development and thought leadership.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to join a highly ranked practice at a leading international law firm. The role sits within a market-leading global practice and part of a broader people-focused group covering the full spectrum of workforce related legal advice, advising global businesses across a range of sectors including financial services, retail, media, technology, transport and food and beverage.

Stepping into this role, you can expect a broad mix of high quality work ranging from HR advisory, global project work, corporate and M&A support, restructuring, DEI projects, investigations, advice on senior exits and outsourcing. You will also work on large global projects with other lawyers across the firm internationally.
