Job description
Overview

Are you ready to take the step towards Partnership? A leading Scottish law firm with one of the country’s most respected employment teams is looking for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join them on a clear partner track.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an enviable team that advises on the full spectrum of employment law for both claimants and respondents. You’ll work on high-profile matters, from complex tribunal litigation and discrimination claims to collective issues, TUPE and restrictive covenants, all while providing strategic day-to-day advice to employers and senior executives alike.

You’ll take the lead on challenging cases, act as a trusted adviser to clients, and play a key role in developing and supervising junior colleagues. The role also offers the chance to grow your practice, with full support for business development and client relationship building.

The firm is looking for someone with a proven track record in employment law, strong advocacy and negotiation skills, and the ambition to move into leadership. If you are commercially minded, confident in both contentious and non-contentious work, and eager to shape the direction of a leading team, this is the platform you’ve been waiting for.

In return, you’ll join a firm that truly values employment law, with a competitive package, flexible working, and a genuine pathway to Partnership.

If you’re ready to seize this opportunity, get in touch with Neil Campbell at QED Legal in confidence.
