Job summary

Michael Page Legal in Leeds is seeking an Employment Senior Associate to advise corporate and financial institution clients on complex employment matters with an international dimension. You will handle employment claims, projects and corporate transactions, and advise on senior executive recruitment, termination and remuneration arrangements.

You will also advise on bonus disputes, team moves, restrictive covenants, and participate in consultations, benefit redesign and global mobility

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in employment law.
• Experience advising employers on a broad range of employment matters.
• Comfortable handling complex and high value employment work.
• Experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Profile

The Employment Senior Associate should be:

• * A solicitor with 5 years PQE plus
• * Experienced in advising employers on a broad range of employment matters
• * Comfortable handling complex and high value employment work
• * Experienced in contentious and non contentious employment matters
• * Able to build relationships with sophisticated corporate clients
• * Comfortable working on matters with an international or cross border dimension
• * A strong communicator with excellent drafting and analytical skills

• * Interested in developing their career within a global law firm in Leeds

Job Offer

• Salary between £78,000 and £90,000
• 25 days of holiday leave.
