In this role, you will:
Handle a varied caseload including tribunal litigation, employee relations advice, and broader employment advisory matters.
Work directly with employer clients across a wide range of sectors, supporting them on complex and business-critical employment law issues.
Play a key role in ongoing client relationships, contributing to business development and the delivery of commercially focused solutions.
Collaborate with a national team of employment experts and specialists in advocacy, corporate transactions, and business immigration.
Receive hands-on guidance and mentoring while being given the space to develop your own professional voice and client approach.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven lawyer with:
A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law, preferably with a focus on contentious matters.
Solid experience handling tribunal claims and providing employment-related advice to employer clients.
A commercial approach and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A collaborative mindset and an eagerness to be part of a friendly, inclusive, and high-performing team.
A desire to contribute to the growth of the team and the wider firm through relationship building and knowledge sharing.
