Job summary

Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Employment team in Oxford with hybrid working. You will handle a broad range of employment matters, including contentious and non-contentious work, and mentor junior colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years PQE in employment law and a proven ability to lead on tribunal and advisory matters, with experience in regulated sectors considered an advantage. We promote diversity and equal opportunity in recruitment.
