JMC Legal Recruitment seeks an experienced Employment PSL to join the Glasgow office and support the knowledge management needs of a market-leading team. You will update resources, libraries and precedents while translating developments into practical client guidance.

The role offers flexible, hybrid working and a salary reflecting a lucrative market for senior employment PSLs, with opportunities to influence service delivery and training across the practice.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 4+ PQE in Employment law.
• Excellent drafting, research and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation, case law and procedural developments.
• Ability to present legal developments clearly to colleagues and clients.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to legal problem solving.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and interest in supporting the development of colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the knowledge infrastructure that underpins the team’s advice.
• Update client-facing employment law resources and document libraries.
• Translate complex legislations into practical guidance for colleagues and clients.
• Produce guidance notes, precedents, checklists and training materials.
• Monitor legal developments and refine tools with product/change teams.
• Contribute to training and client-facing initiatives; explore new service offerings.
