This Employment Professional Support Lawyer role in Oxfordshire offers a senior position within a leading UK law firm, leading a national PSL team across a growing Employment practice. Offered full time on a hybrid remote basis, with a salary of £70,000 to £100,000 depending on experience, the post suits a solicitor with eight or more years' PQE. Responsibilities include shaping knowledge strategy, overseeing precedents, legal content and legislative updates, and championing automation and technology across the practice. The successful candidate will work closely with Partners, mentor colleagues and drive continuous improvement, so strong technical expertise, leadership capability and a collaborative approach are essential.

THE CANDIDATE

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 8 years' PQE and a strong employment law background. You will be an experienced PSL with leadership experience or a senior practising lawyer looking to move into a strategic knowledge role. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead and inspire are essential, alongside a proactive approach to technology, automation, legal content creation, and training.
