You will advise employers across contentious and non-contentious matters, grow client relationships, mentor colleagues, and help shape the firm's employment practice in a collaborative, client‑focused environment, and contribute to the firm's strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Established Employment Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate with a strong track record.
• Strong technical expertise across all areas of employment law.
• Proven business development and client relationship management skills.
