Paralegal – Join a Leading US Law Firm’s Employment Department in Central London

Our client, a leading US law firm with a strong global presence, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their Employment Department on an initial 3-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paralegal with strong employment law experience to challenge themselves within one of the most highly regarded US law firms in Central London.

Our client is an esteemed US law firm with a well-established reputation in London. They have grown their London office since its establishment and are known for their exceptional legal services and diverse range of clients. Their Employment team has received accolades in legal directories, reflecting their expertise and the high quality of their work.

As a Paralegal within the Employment Department, you will be responsible for supporting the team on significant contentious and non-contentious matters. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams across specialised fields, including tax, competition, IP, IT and data privacy, management incentives, real estate, corporate governance, and compliance, you will contribute to the successful completion of transactions, restructurings, and disputes.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on employment law.
• Strong understanding of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in legal document preparation and review.
• Proficient research abilities to support case preparation and legal analysis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
