The Employment team is made up of solicitors, paralegals, and trainees, working across UK offices and remotely. They handle a wide range of Employment Law claims, providing a collaborative environment for career progression.

Responsibilities
  1. Advise clients on potential Employment claims.
  2. Manage your own varied caseload of Employment Law matters.
  3. Assist Solicitors and fee earners within the team.
Experience Required
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an Employment Law department, preferably managing your own caseload.
  • Experience drafting legal documents such as witness statements and pleadings.
  • Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the firm.
  • Collaborative team player and excellent communicator.
