About the Team

The Employment Team is led by Rena Magdani, ranked in Band 1 by Chambers & Partners and recognised as a Leader in the Field by both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. It comprises over 45 employment specialists across the country, delivering specialist employment law and HR advisory services to a range of companies from PLCs to SMEs. Role Overview

The team has expanded by roughly 45% over the past four years and is now seeking a Director or Partner‑level employment lawyer to join our growing team. You may be based in any of our 13 UK offices. The role requires a professional with a strong following or referral network, a track record of leadership, and the ambition and skills to drive business development and shape the team’s future strategy.
