This popular law firm with a highly regarded employment team is looking to hire an experienced lawyer to work closely with clients in the health/NHS and social care sectors amongst others. Enjoy a broad-ranging role supporting clients from board level to generalist HR practitioners, advising on the most sensitive and high-profile employment law cases. You will be involved in a range of complex contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, the handling of complex employment tribunal claims, whistleblowing, high profile cases, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment law scenarios. Ideally you will have solid experience of employment litigation, good client handling skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
