The Role
In this role, you will join a highly respected, knowledgeable Employment team. The firm is looking for a 4+PQE Solicitor to work within an ambitious team in the heart of Glasgow.

Exploring an abundance of employment issues, you work with both employers and employees overseeing issues like general workplace conflicts to practical commercial solutions.

You will be:

• Supporting strategic projects
• Tribunal work
• Coordinating on high-level redundancies
• TUPE

The team work hard to build trusting and long-lasting relationships with their clients, ensuring they provide an experience that is remembered for being relaxed and reliable. The Ideal Candidate

• Is an Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE) who can turn their hand to all things employment law
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Manage a varied caseload with a range of clients, ensuring you meet deadlines
• Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues alike
• Is well organised and can prioritise efficiently
• Aid in business development activities, helping your team and the firm continue to grow
