Neathouse Partners Ltd is a UK-based regulatory consultancy seeking an Employment Lawyer with 1–3 years' PQE to join our Chester team. You will advise UK employers on employment law matters, manage a varied caseload, and build strong client relationships in a hybrid/remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' PQE in employment law.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employment law advice to employers.
• Manage your own caseload and maintain strong client relationships.
• Advise on disciplinary procedures, grievances, sickness absence, performance management and dismissals.
• Draft and review employment contracts, settlement agreements, workplace policies, staff handbooks and HR correspondence.
• Advise on redundancy, TUPE, discrimination, unfair dismissal and other employee relations matters.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical, commercially appropriate solutions.
• Keep up to date with employment law developments and advise clients on implications.
