Job summary

Obelisk Support seeks an interim Employment Lawyer to join the in-house legal team for a 3-month assignment. The role can be performed remotely or onsite at any UK office, with a 4- or 5-day work week option.

You will provide day-to-day employment law guidance, support restructuring efforts, and coordinate with external counsel to ensure aligned input across UK matters. Ideal candidates will have strong in-house employment law experience and, preferably, cross-border exposure.

Qualifications

• In-house background in employment law.
• Cross-border experience preferred.
• Pharma or life sciences sector experience would be useful.

Our client is looking for an experienced employment lawyer to join their in-house legal team on a 3-month assignment, starting end of September.

The Role

• Provide day-to-day advice and counsel support to the in-house employment team
• Support restructuring initiatives, including reviewing agreements and assisting with integration work related to recent acquisitions
• Handle UK-based employment advice, working alongside external counsel appointed on restructuring projects, complementing their input rather than duplicating it

What We're Looking For
