An innovative local authority is seeking a locum Employment Lawyer to join their team for an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role offers the flexibility of fully remote working, allowing you to manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal and discrimination cases. As part of this dynamic team, you will provide essential legal advice to Council Officers and represent the Council in various legal proceedings. The team have capacity for a 37-hour week, and the hourly rate is negotiable subject to PQE. The role falls inside of IR35, and is offering fully remote working.
