The Candidate Required
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of employment law experience in a commercial practice, with knowledge of complex tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring, redundancy, senior-level grievances, discrimination, whistleblowing, and potentially high-value litigation. Experience in M&A and outsourcing advice is advantageous.
They will possess a strong academic background, technical expertise, commercial awareness, and understanding of large international firm operations. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive approach to growth are essential.
