Employment Law Solicitor/Associate role

Taunton / Bristol / Exeter – entirely flexible working (suggested 1 day a week in the office)

We are excited to be working on this new Employment Law vacancy for this large regional firm.

The firm has an excellent reputation for their specialist Employment Law work, which includes both non-contentious and contentious cases, mainly acting for respondents but also handling some executive-level claimant work, providing excellent variety for skill development.

This role can be at Solicitor or Associate level, requiring at least 2-3 years of solid Employment Law PQE.

The team offers significant flexibility regarding in-office and remote work, with some team members working only one day a week in the office if preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment lawyer in the SW seeking progression within a larger, high-profile firm. You will work closely with a lead Partner and a senior Associate, ensuring ample support and supervision.
