Job summary

AJ Chambers, a respected London law firm, seeks an Employment Partner to lead a high-performing team. You will oversee contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including complex litigation, discrimination and advisory work for employers and employees.

The role requires a senior solicitor with 10+ years' PQE in UK employment law, strong leadership, and strategic client-development capabilities to elevate the department's market presence.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with England & Wales status and extensive UK employment law knowledge.
• Experience across contentious and non-contentious matters; tribunal and higher courts familiarity.
• Leadership experience within a busy employment law practice.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• Minimum 10+ year's PQE with UK employment law experience
• Across contentious and non-contentious employment law
• Employment Tribunal and High Court matters
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks
• Proven leadership and team management capability
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills
