Sellick Partnership Limited - Private Practice is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to provide locum cover in Lancashire while they recruit for a permanent appointment. The role offers hybrid working and an opportunity to handle a varied employment caseload.

You will advise on disciplinaries, grievances, TUPE and redundancy, manage employment tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, and draft employment documents.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive required.
• Strong employment law advisory and litigation experience.

We are working with a well established law firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to provide locum cover whilst they recruit for a permanent appointment.

The successful candidate will support the team with a varied caseload of employment law matters, covering both advisory work and litigation.
