The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years PQE, strong academics and exceptional client-facing skills, and be enthusiastic, proactive and collaborative in a fast-paced environment that rewards top-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years PQE in a strong employment practice.
• Experience covering both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Advising employers and senior executives on contracts, disputes and exits.
• Strong academics and excellent client-facing skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver first-class client service.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Handle high-value litigation, partnership and senior executive advisory work, as well as day-to-day HR matters.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.
