Job summary

Taylor Root is seeking an Employment Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its Employment & Partnerships practice in the UK. You will advise on a full range of contentious and non-contentious matters and work on high-value litigation, partnerships and senior executive advisory work, as well as day-to-day HR issues.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ PQE within a strong employment practice.
• Experience covering both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Advising employers and senior executives on contracts, disputes and exits.
• Strong academics and excellent client-facing skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver a first-class client service.
