Job summary

KMA Legal Recruitment is assisting a leading top-tier regional firm in Reading to hire a Training and Knowledge Employment Lawyer on a part-time basis. The role focuses on developing and delivering employment law training and maintaining the team's knowledge base for clients and colleagues.

You should have at least 3 years PQE with a solid technical understanding of employment law, strong client care, and confidence using social media and tech.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate internal team training and organise training sessions with external providers.
• Co-ordinate client training and present training for clients.
• Conduct public training courses and develop a sales strategy for training products.
• Coordinate the webinar program and prepare and host webinars and podcasts.
• Prepare and coordinate online newsletters and quarterly client updates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Co-ordinating internal team training and organising training sessions with external providers
• Co-ordinating client training

• Developing a sales strategy for training products for the employment team
• Co-ordinating the webinar program and preparing and hosting webinars, podcasts etc.
• Preparing and coordinating online newsletters
• Preparing quarterly updates for clients

This role is best suited to a qualified employment lawyer looking for a part-time role who is looking to take a step away from fee-earning and a targets-based role.

Candidate

It is likely you will have at least 3 years PQE and it is essential you have a solid technical understanding of employment law.

It is also important that you have strong client care skills and are confident with people. You should also have strong social media skills and will be confident in using technology.
