Job summary

BCL Legal seeks an experienced Professional Support Lawyer in Employment Law for their London office. The role focuses on developing and delivering training for clients and in-house teams while staying up-to-date with employment policies and regulations.

You will coordinate know-how meetings, design structured programmes, and collaborate with experts to enhance the firm’s employment offering. A Top 20 background and strong litigation knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from talented and experienced employment lawyers with at least four years' post-qualification experience, gained in England & Wales or a similar leading jurisdiction.
• Strong academics and a confident understanding of commercial litigation law, ideally from a Top 20 background.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating know-how meetings, establishing agendas, and liaising with teams internally.
• Designing and delivering structured training programmes tailored to different qualification levels.
• Identifying and collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts for specialised training.

• Successful candidates can look forward to joining one of the most dedicated Employment law firms in the UK, based in London, looking to strengthen their Employment offering with the addition of an experienced Professional Support Lawyer.

• You will be joining a specialised team, tasked with developing and delivering training programmes for clients and in-house legal teams on a range of legal matters, as well as keeping the wider firm up-to-date on changes within the Employment space, relating to policies and regulations.


• This is a hardworking firm, with a leading, and well-established commercial Employment team.

The role:

• As a Professional Support Lawyer within the team, you can expect to undertake a broad range of work with a supportive collegiate department.
