Job summary

Groundwork Cheshire, Lancashire & Merseyside is looking for an Employment Facilitator to support young people in Blackpool who are unemployed, economically inactive or at risk of becoming NEET. You will help them overcome barriers and access opportunities.

This is a fixed-term, full-time role (36.25 hours per week) ending in March 2028, offering a salary in the £26,228–£30,933 range. You will work hands-on with participants to enable progression into education, training or employment.
